Our story
Copper Bar is a small roastery in Manchester's Northern Quarter, run by a team of six who taste before they sell and say so when a batch falls short.
We work directly with growers in Ethiopia, Colombia, Kenya, and beyond, paying for quality rather than volume, and we visit when we can rather than trust a spec sheet alone.
Most of what we roast goes to cafés across the North West. The rest we keep for the bar, where anyone can walk in and drink it the same day it came off the drum.
